lathe processing

A machine tool that turn a cylindrical material & put a cutting tool called “Bite”use for material shave

Lathe processing is a process that fixed to a chuck and rotate. And move the position of bite to the back and forth and left-right directions. Then the tip of the bite touches the material and cut it.
We use regular lathes, NC lathes, and multifunction machines.

Milling

A type of typical machine tool is mainly use for machining metal material works.

Milling machine is a machine tool that use for machining and metal processing, such as surface cutting and grooving.We use general-purpose milling machines, automatic double-head milling machines, vertical machining centers, and horizontal machining centers.

Screw processing

Depending on the shape of the screw part, there are triangular screws, square screws & trapezoid screws.
In most cases triangular screws are used as structural parts.Square screws and trapezoidal screws are used for accurate motion transmission etc., such as lathe feed etc.
In addition, as a screw standard, There are Metric screw (symbol M), Parallel screw for pipes (symbol PF), Taper screw for pipes (symbol PT), Unified screw (symbol UNC, UNF) etc.

Grinding

As a type of machining, a high-speed rotating grinding wheel (generally called a grindstone) use to remove & cutting process of the work surface to obtain a smooth surface.

We use centerless grinding machines and cylindrical grinding machines.

Friction welding

It is a welding method that use the frictional heat as a heat source generated by relative movement of metal materials while pressurizing them.

Unlike traditional welded joints, rotation and pressure is applied. So the complex high-temperature processing accompanied by phenomenal jointing.
