Specially, we deploy friction welding machines to reduce material costs and shorten the manufacturing process. In addition to parts processing, we arrange the facilities of unit delivery, assembly up to product inspection to fulfill the customer needs.

Introduction of installed new friction welding machine
We installed a new friction welding machine in February 2023.There is no doubt that it is a construction method that use frictional heat as a heat source, But pressure welding shapes that could not be possible with current equipment will be possible with this functional pressure welding machine.As its features,・The main shaft (rotating side) slide and fix on the clamp side
・Stopper-less function allows pressure welding of long products
・Phase pressure welding is possible (using servo motor)
In addition to friction welding, it is also be possible to process after pressure welding & long items as well as the items made in different materials including the conventional size.Our company handles everything from material selection to jointing, processing up to finish the product. We are proactively working towards integrated production.

Large NC multifunction machine for long lengths
With conventional NC lathes, only 2-axis processing was possible. But by adding a milling function, 3-axis can be done in one chucking.
We have installed three multifunction machines that can process long materials up to 3000L & it is significantly reduce the work efficiency.
