We established Hiroshima Factory (Higashi Hiroshima City) as our third production base to serve customers mainly in western Japan (China, Kyushu).We mainly process light alloy and high alloy square parts with a small number of talented people. And we are working to meet the needs of all fields, from prototypes of industrial equipment parts to mass-produced products such as medical device parts and industrial device parts.
We are also proactively working to reduce the costs through VE/VA proposals and gain the trust of our customers as experts.

Vertical lathes are specialized for large diameters.
Also, as a feature of the vertical type, since it can be fixed in perpendicularly to the cylinder, it is possible to process roundness with higher precision than the chuck method that suppresses the outer diameter of pipe-shaped items, etc.High precision process is possible by selecting the chuck method according to the shape.
